Mat Tenison is the principal advisor and a director in the business since 2014. With over 20 years in the industry, he’s gained a wealth of knowledge which he truly loves sharing with his clients. Having been raised by a single mother, he understands first-hand the pressure financial instability can place on a household and wants to help as many people as he can to achieve the wellbeing that comes from financial security.

When not hard at work, Mat enjoys surfing, fishing, just about anything outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Advice Manager

Libby is a passionate, hardworking and dedicated Adviser who strives to achieve an optimal outcome for all clients. She works closely with Mat to deliver holistic advice to clients that can help them meet their financial goals to allow them to better harness control for a better financial future.

Outside work, Libby enjoys playing netball and soccer for her local community clubs and checking out live music with friends and going to the beach. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is looking forward to using this knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.

Ma Lucia Empleo, with a degree in business and accountancy with a focus on Financial Management. I have been in the business for 3 years and have been providing tailored support to clients since 2019. Helping others and sharing knowledge are the two beliefs that I practice every day. I am driven and motivated to help organizations thrive. When I’m not busy with work, you can find me binge-watching Korean variety and drama series.
